Job Description
IndusInd Bank is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic Business Development Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and driving revenue growth in the Karnal region. This role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets in the CB – Liabilities / Ops / BD / CO vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the assigned region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Understand client needs and provide suitable banking solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in business development or sales role preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage
- Familiarity with the Chandigarh region is a plus
