Job Description
IndusInd Bank is looking for dynamic individuals to join as Business Development Manager. The role involves acquiring new customers and promoting the bank’s current and savings account products. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships through cross-selling banking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new accounts: Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA)
- Cross-sell a wide range of banking products
- Meet monthly sales and acquisition targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Operate in a field-based sales environment
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Industry Preference: Open to candidates from Banking, NBFC, or any other industry
Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales preferred; freshers may also applyAge Limit: Up to 30 years
Other Requirements: Candidates with short notice periods or immediate joining availability will be preferred
