Job Description
IndusInd Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused VKYC Associate to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting video KYC (Know Your Customer) verifications, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the onboarding process. This role demands strong communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of compliance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct VKYC (Video KYC) verifications for new and existing customers
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of KYC documentation as per regulatory guidelines
- Identify, assess, and escalate suspicious activities or inconsistencies
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions and verifications
- Collaborate with the compliance team to stay updated on regulatory changes
- Deliver excellent customer service during the VKYC process
- Contribute to the improvement of KYC policies and procedures
- Review and verify client data for onboarding and risk assessment
- Manage client adoption processes in line with governance standards
