Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Governance OSD team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting Trade and Treasury Operations by interpreting regulatory guidelines and ensuring compliance across departments.
Core Responsibilities
- Interpret and decode regulatory guidelines and banking laws, especially related to Trade and Treasury Operations.
- Review reports from departments to monitor emerging risks, regulatory changes, and organizational initiatives.
- Conduct stress testing, analyze results, and monitor action plans and corrective measures.
- Develop and implement a risk-based audit plan to enhance operational risk management and compliance adherence.
- Act as a key liaison for regulatory matters, ensuring requirements are met with consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management to support effective oversight.
- Prepare and present a comprehensive 360-degree view of all open audit points and Board actionables to the COO.
