Key Responsibilities – Market Development• Conduct market research & identify new business opportunities • Build long-term relationships with clients, promoters, prospects • Expand share of wallet from key customers
Key Responsibilities – Relationship Management• Acquire new clients & manage existing relationships • Understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions • Structure and close deals with clients
Portfolio & Deal Management• Work with team leaders to structure/restructure deals • Manage client portfolios effectively • Ensure alignment with customer financial needs
Revenue Responsibilities• Drive regional targets (assets, liabilities, revenue) • Manage P&L at regional level • Identify and convert business opportunities
Credit Appraisal• Analyze financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Assess risks (industry, management, economic) • Ensure compliance with risk & regulatory norms
Compliance & Documentation• Ensure proper documentation & adherence to guidelines • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing
