Key Responsibilities – Market & Business Development• Conduct market research & identify opportunities • Participate in client meetings to understand needs • Build and maintain relationships with customers
Revenue Generation• Identify and convert sales opportunities • Achieve targets through new & existing clients • Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless execution
Portfolio & Deal Management• Support deal structuring/restructuring • Prepare data for credit proposals • Coordinate with CAD and internal teams for approvals
Credit Appraisal• Perform credit assessment & CAM preparation • Work with Risk team to ensure policy compliance
Documentation & Compliance• Maintain proper documentation & CRM updates • Ensure adherence to regulatory & internal guidelines
