Job Summary
- IndusInd Bank is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Executive to join our Construction Equipment Finance team.
- The role involves driving sales and financing solutions for construction equipment through customer acquisition, dealer engagement, and relationship management.
- This is a high-impact position focused on field visits, lead generation, and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for construction equipment finance through field visits, referrals, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with construction equipment dealers and manufacturers.
- Prepare and coordinate credit proposals with relevant documentation.
- Assist clients through the financing process, including queries and post-disbursement service.
- Ensure timely repayments, renewals, and explore cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate (Essential)
- Preferred: Exposure to Equipment Finance
- Experience: Minimum 1 year (Essential)
- Preferred: 2+ years in similar roles
