Job PurposeDrive business profitability and operational excellence by managing sales support, business MIS, system enhancements, vendor coordination, incentives, portfolio metrics, and cross-functional collaboration for the Business Loans – Indirect business.
System & Process ManagementCoordinate system enhancement, design, development, testing, rollout, and provide daily system/process support to the sales team in collaboration with IT, COE, and Operations.
Business DeliveryDrive business volumes through service channels such as cashier, call center, digital channels, and CIBIL Watch.
MIS & ReportingPrepare and distribute daily business MIS, monthly business reports, incentive calculations, contest reports, SMT reports, and AOP/LRS presentation decks.
Sales SupportAllocate monthly offer base to sales and call center teams, support product/process changes, and conduct classroom and virtual training sessions.
HR CoordinationLiaise with HR for Rewards & Recognition (R&R), Internal Job Postings (IJP), promotions, performance management, and workforce productivity tracking.
Risk & Portfolio ManagementCoordinate with Risk for offer generation and policy updates, monitor Early Warning Signals (EWS), early delinquency collections, and portfolio performance.
Vendor ManagementManage vendor onboarding, payout calculations, service quality, and coordination with external partners and IT teams.
Business MeetingsOrganize ZSM/RSM meetings, contests, incentive trips, and business review sessions.
Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with COE, Sales, Marketing, Credit, Operations, RCU, Collections, Compliance, HR, IT, and external vendors.
Financial ResponsibilityAchieve business targets related to fees, insurance penetration, pricing (rate), and profitability metrics.
