Job PurposeCreate a strong and compliant sales culture across the channel to drive customer acquisition, profitability, and employee development in the Affordable Housing business.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and deploy sales team across assigned geography; Achieve and exceed business targets; Build a compliant sales culture; Meet CAT-A builders and get projects approved; Negotiate with builders for cost-effective business; Identify training needs and provide feedback to RSM; Execute promotional plans and contests; Recruit and retain high-performing employees; Drive employee engagement, coaching, PMP and development discussions; Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Credit and Collections teams; Manage acquired portfolio collections under the Sales & Collect model.
Key DecisionCase approval within ROI limit.
Internal StakeholdersOff-roll Sales Team, Risk Team, Credit Team, Collections Team, HR, Admin, IT, Support Teams.
External StakeholdersCustomers, DSAs, Builders.
Financial ResponsibilityBusiness portfolio of ₹2–6 Crores (depending on market size and conditions).

Major ChallengesDelivering superior customer service in a dynamic market; Managing policy requirements for secured lending.
Required Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate with 1–3 years of relevant sales experience (experienced graduates with 5–10 years may also apply); Experience in Financial Services, especially Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP or Commercial Property Loans; Experience managing sales channels across multiple markets; Strong communication, relationship management, analytical skills, leadership ability, achievement orientation, self-motivation, and working knowledge of Excel.
