| Job Purpose | Create a strong and compliant sales culture across the channel to drive customer acquisition, profitability, and employee development in the Affordable Housing business. |
| Key Responsibilities | Manage and deploy sales team across assigned geography; Achieve and exceed business targets; Build a compliant sales culture; Meet CAT-A builders and get projects approved; Negotiate with builders for cost-effective business; Identify training needs and provide feedback to RSM; Execute promotional plans and contests; Recruit and retain high-performing employees; Drive employee engagement, coaching, PMP and development discussions; Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Credit and Collections teams; Manage acquired portfolio collections under the Sales & Collect model. |
