Primary RoleDesign, implement, and manage compensation structures, employee benefits, rewards programs, compliance, and HR analytics across multiple African countries.
Key Responsibilities• Manage employee benefits (medical aid, retirement, insurance, wellness).• Administer compensation and grading structures.• Support salary reviews, bonuses, promotions, and internal transfers.• Ensure compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and HR governance.• Prepare regulatory reports and support audits.• Develop HR dashboards and analytics.• Lead employee communication on rewards and benefits.• Supervise and mentor a small HR team.
