| Key Responsibilities | • Source working capital loans for Agri, Food Processing, and MSME customers.• Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets (₹2 crore–₹25 crore ticket size).• Generate at least 3 new loan cases per month and 2 new leads daily.• Build relationships with CAs, Financial Consultants, DMAs, and Kotak branches.• Coordinate with Credit, Trade Finance, CMS, Treasury, Legal, and Operations teams.• Ensure timely customer follow-up and issue resolution.• Analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet & P&L).• Evaluate mortgage/property and legal aspects for secured lending.• Maintain accurate business documentation and reports.• Work primarily in the field (80%) with office work (20%). |
