| Key Responsibilities | • Provide working capital solutions including Cash Credit, Demand Loan, Buyers Credit, Letter of Credit (LC), and Bank Guarantee (BG).• Acquire new business customers in collaboration with Branch Banking teams.• Cross-sell Current Accounts, Term Deposits, Transaction Banking, and Trade Finance products.• Build relationships with CFOs, promoters, and key business stakeholders.• Increase portfolio book size and profitability.• Analyze customer business models, trade activities, and cash flows.• Monitor market competition and strengthen Kotak’s market presence.• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client queries.• Coordinate with internal teams to provide customized banking solutions and improve processes. |
