Control and minimize NPAs within the assigned budget. Track and manage delinquency bucket-wise and DPD-wise, with special focus on non-starters. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues within defined TAT to maintain customer satisfaction. |
| Legal & Compliance Responsibilities | Conduct asset verification and possession activities under SARFAESI / Section 9 through court receivers. Represent the organization before legal and statutory bodies as required. Ensure strict adherence to legal guidelines, audit requirements, regulatory norms, and company policies. |
| Team & Vendor Management | Allocate work to field executives and manage collection agencies as per defined SLAs. Ensure timely deposit of payments and audit receipts. Maintain adequate Feet-on-Street availability bucket-wise and area-wise. Review high-ticket delinquent accounts through regular account-level analysis. |
| Revenue & Cost Control | Increase fee income and revenue while driving initiatives to control and reduce vendor payout costs. |
| Stakeholder Management | Build strong relationships with key customers to ensure timely collections and closely follow up with critical or complex defaulting accounts. |
