| Job Purpose | Conduct village surveys, acquire new customers, form JLG groups, perform customer verification and income assessment, ensure quality sourcing, manage collections and recoveries, and maintain strong customer relationships in the assigned area. |
| Key Responsibilities | • Conduct village surveys and identify prospective customers.• Explain MFI/JLG loan products and promote financial literacy.• Form Joint Liability Groups (JLG) and source new customers.• Collect, verify, and upload customer documents through LOS.• Coordinate with Branch Manager and Credit Operations for loan approvals and disbursements.• Plan and conduct centre meetings with customers.• Manage a portfolio of 450–500 customers.• Ensure timely collections and deposit recoveries as per SOP.• Conduct end-use monitoring of loans.• Build and maintain healthy customer relationships.• Prepare daily activity reports for the Branch Manager.• Reconcile recovery collections with Credit & Operations teams.• Ensure compliance with SOPs, centre meeting discipline, and business parameters. |
