IIBF Junior Executive Recruitment 2025 Pay Scale Details

• Junior Executives will receive salary under the current pay scale of ₹40,400 – ₹1,30,400, along with DA, HRA, conveyance, telephone, medical benefits, LFC, and Group Medical Insurance.
• The total initial annual CTC, including salary and allowances, is approximately ₹8.7 lakh per year.
• The institute also offers reimbursement for leased accommodation instead of HRA, up to ₹20,000 per month in Mumbai & Delhi, and ₹18,000 per month in other cities.
• However, candidates who own a house/flat in the place of posting (in their name or spouse’s) or arrange their own stay will not be eligible for this reimbursement.
