Experience4–6 years of progressive experience in bookkeeping/accounting operations
Preferred ExperienceAccounting firm, Family Office or investment environment
Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day bookkeeping and investment transaction processing for multiple Family Office clients
Workflow ManagementManage client files, deadlines and priorities across weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cycles
Transaction ProcessingMonitor and validate investment transactions and data feeds; manage alternative uploads when required
Quality ControlReview bank and investment reconciliations, working papers, trial balances and financial statements
Investment ReportingCollect account information and review/finalize quarterly investment reports
Stakeholder ManagementAct as a day-to-day contact for internal stakeholders and clients; handle routine queries and escalate complex issues
Team ManagementCoach, train and review the work of junior team members
Process ImprovementImprove checklists, workflows and reporting processes; support automation and efficiency initiatives
Technical SkillsStrong accounting-cycle knowledge and balance-sheet reconciliation skills
Excel SkillsAdvanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Validation and Reporting Models
Software SkillsExperience with Eton Solutions (Atlas) and/or similar platforms such as Addepar
Key AttributesTrustworthy, discreet, professional, organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
Communication SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to provide guidance and feedback
Other RequirementsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines and maintain high-quality work
