| Role Overview | Drive project management and business operations activities, support leadership governance, create executive reporting, manage vendor innovation initiatives, and improve operational processes through automation and AI. |
| Leadership Governance | Run operating cadence for leadership forums, including agenda creation, pre-reads, action tracking, decision logging, and follow-through. |
| Executive Reporting | Create executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and narratives that convert complex data into clear business insights and recommendations. |
| Vendor Innovation | Manage the operational process for vendor innovation initiatives, ensuring movement from idea to pilot, scale, or exit. |
| Data Governance | Support data governance and reporting by establishing repeatable processes, validation controls, and single-source-of-truth reporting. |
| Process Improvement | Identify manual, fragmented, or inefficient processes and design automated or AI-enabled solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability. |
| Risk Management | Proactively identify and communicate risks, dependencies, opportunities, options, and recommended next steps. |
| Problem Solving | Take ownership of new and ambiguous problem areas from problem definition through solution delivery. |
| Required Experience | 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, analytics, or related roles. |
| Independent Working | Ability to work independently in ambiguous and fast-changing environments with minimal supervision. |
| Executive Stakeholder Management | Strong experience supporting senior leaders and executive-level governance and decision-making forums. |
| Analytics Certifications | Experience with data, analytics, or visualisation certifications such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc. |
| Data & Reporting Skills | Advanced proficiency in data analytics, reporting, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical problem-solving. |
| Strategic Thinking | Ability to connect data, business context, and strategy to drive measurable outcomes. |
| Preferred Experience | Exposure to IT services, vendor management, procurement, finance, or enterprise transformation programs. |
| Automation & AI | Hands-on experience with dashboards, workflow automation, AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or scripting is preferred. |
| Global Collaboration | Comfortable working across multiple geographies and time zones with global stakeholders. |
| Ideal Candidate | An experienced PMO/business operations professional with strong analytics, executive communication, governance, process improvement, automation, and strategic problem-solving skills. |
