| Operating Model | Design GBS Target Operating Models covering governance, service scope and sourcing |
| Transition Management | Lead transition workstreams across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Analytics and Digital |
| Digital & Analytics | Apply analytics, process mining, automation, AI and technology solutions within GBS and outsourcing programs |
| Stakeholder Management | Manage senior client stakeholders and lead Steering Committee and governance meetings |
| Team Leadership | Lead project teams of 5–15 members and coordinate teams across functions and geographies |
| Practice Development | Support RFPs, solutioning, proposals, intellectual property, thought leadership and capability building |
| Functional Expertise | Finance, HR, Procurement, IT Operations/Processes or other shared services functions |
| Transformation Experience | Large-scale, multi-functional and technology-led transformation programs |
| Technology Skills | AWS, Azure, Data Analytics, Automation and Engineering tools are an advantage |
