| Integration Experience | Strong experience with complex integrations and distributed systems |
| Delivery Management | Experience managing technical delivery across multiple teams or modules |
| Insurance Knowledge | Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes and regulatory context |
| Production Experience | Experience owning production stability and operational outcomes |
| Communication | Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills |
| Preferred | Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) delivery and operations |
