Role ObjectiveManage and grow relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) clients by offering tailored banking solutions and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities• Acquire and develop HNW client relationships for liabilities, commercial assets, and investment products.• Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies.• Cross-sell banking products to deepen client engagement.• Educate clients on new products and enhancements.• Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events.• Collaborate with group companies to provide integrated financial solutions.• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and relationship history.• Monitor and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).
