Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 10- 15 Operations Associates (OAs) who handle 1000- 1500 Pickup and Delivery Partners daily.
• Efficiently roster & manage OAs & their tasks daily.
• Conduct review cadences and regular field visits and solve the concerns raised by the Team/ delivery partners

• Drive SOP adherence at the stores (or Pods)  through OAs to ensure improvements in Speed and Serviceability
• Ensure smooth execution of initiatives on cost optimizations.
• drive operational metrics for particular geography by effectively planning delivery executive supply and payout constructs.
• Effectively mobilize fleet to maintain optimal/ targeted utilization.
• Plan and execute initiatives to reduce attrition.
• Identify the training needs of delivery partners and plan the field training
• Festival/ Rainy days planning to maintain sufficient Delivery Partner supply
• Work closely with the pod team to deliver good Drive Experience. 
• Ensure smooth GTM of product launches at the pod.
• well versed with raising JIIRA/similar tools on ticketing

Desired Skills:

• Team management ( handling a larger team)
• Knowledge of supervisory/previous experience in handling blue-collar workforce/ gig workforce.
• Should be willing to travel within city and cities across the cluster of areas
• Should be available to work on Weekends and festival days.
•  techniques to manage, motivate and train blue collared workers.
• The candidate should have an entrepreneurial attitude / should be a go-getter
• Must have attention to detail and critically think through to resolve problems

Must have:

• Should know the local language and a good understanding of the local geographical area
• Graduate with English proficiency  is a must
• Should be willing to travel within city and areas across the cluster
• Proficiency in Advance Excel and data skills , SQL is an added advantage
• Should have atleast 2 years experience in team handling

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Excel & MS Office Suites
• Sql knowledge is an advantage
• Ticketing tools like JIRA
• Must Be Tech Savvy.
