• ATM – Officer – ATM Channel

Primary Responsibilities:

• Daily Initial checking /knock off of ATM activities like CBR, Base Host file and daily follow ups with ATM Balancing team under the supervision of Bank Staff.
• Passing the Initial checking/knock off and dispute resolution related entries under the supervision of Bank staff.
• Provide the recovery details and tracking these recoveries till recovered.
• Follow up with E-Surveillance vendor for 5% CCTV footages storage.
• Suspense account monitoring.
• Filing of all the records and generating the BA / BJR reports.

Educational qualifications preferred

• Category: Bachelor’s Degree
• Academic score: Pass
• Institution tier: Any

Required work experience

• Industry: Banking preferred – but not a constraint
• Role: Operations
• Years of experience: 0 to 2
