Primary ObjectiveManage SME operations, ensure smooth loan disbursement processes, and maintain compliance with policies and quality standards
Core ResponsibilityOversee end-to-end operations for secured and unsecured business lending
Product KnowledgeStrong understanding of financial products and credit policies for secured & unsecured loans
Vendor ManagementManage credit verification vendors and ensure adherence to TAT and quality standards
Disbursement ProcessHandle end-to-end disbursement and payment processes
Process ComplianceEnsure adherence to central policies and operational guidelines
OTC & PDD ManagementManage OTC (One Time Charges) and PDD (Post Disbursement Documents) processes with zero gaps
Policy UpdatesEnsure team is updated with latest circulars from risk and HO operations
Internal CoordinationWork closely with Sales and Underwriting teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency
Branch MonitoringConduct regular branch visits to check process adherence and resolve local issues
Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies and improve operational workflows
Key Skills RequiredOperations management, process control, coordination, problem-solving, attention to detail
Communication SkillsStrong verbal and written communication
