Overview
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. The role of the Content Manager involves creating, improving, and maintaining content to achieve business objectives. This includes raising brand awareness, monitoring web traffic, and maintaining best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Content Management:
- Develop content strategies aligned with marketing and business targets (short- and long-term).
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for content development, site design, and layout.
- Generate and publish engaging content.
- Edit, proofread, and improve upon writers’ posts as necessary.
- Ensure brand consistency through effective communication with writers.
Optimization & Distribution:
- Optimize content for SEO.
- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement.
- Manage content distribution across online channels and social media to increase web traffic.
Compliance & Innovation:
- Ensure all content adheres to legal standards (e.g., copyright protection).
- Stay updated on industry trends and generate ideas to attract audiences.
Project Management:
- Own KPI success metrics.
- Oversee the Online DIY Portal monitoring and project execution.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for capability support and project management.
Major Challenges
- Achieving KPI success metrics.
- Monitoring and executing projects related to the Online DIY Portal.
- Coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
Decision-Making Authority
- Define timelines and deliverables for projects related to the Online DIY channel.

Internal Stakeholders:
- IT, Business, Centers of Excellence (COEs), Marketing, Call Center, Legal & Compliance teams.
External Stakeholders:
- Retail Product Distributors.
- Sister companies (BHFL, BFDL, BFSD).

- AOP Volume through Online DIY Channel: ₹1500 Cr.

- Total Team Size: 1 (No direct or indirect reports).
Required Qualifications and Skills
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA in Journalism, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Technical Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience in financial products.
- Proven track record as a Content Manager.
- Familiarity with MS Office, WordPress, and basic HTML.
- Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media platforms.
- Outstanding written English skills.
