| Primary Objective | Manage microfinance sales, sourcing, collections, and customer relationships for JLG customers |
| Core Responsibility | Handle end-to-end MFI operations including sourcing, group formation, disbursement coordination, and collections |
| Customer Acquisition | Conduct village surveys and prospect customers in assigned areas |
| Group Formation | Form Joint Liability Groups (JLG) and promote financial literacy |
| Loan Sourcing | Collect and validate customer data, complete LOS process as per SOP |
| Approval Coordination | Coordinate with Branch Manager and Credit Ops for approvals and disbursement |
| Centre Meetings | Plan and conduct regular borrower meetings ensuring full participation |
| Portfolio Management | Manage a portfolio of 450–500 customers |
| Collections & Recovery | Ensure timely collections and 100% deposit as per defined process |
| Loan Monitoring | Conduct end-use verification of loans |
| Customer Relationship | Maintain strong relationships with borrowers and ensure satisfaction |
| Compliance | Follow SOPs, maintain discipline, and ensure policy adherence |
| Reporting | Prepare daily reports and reconcile recovery with Ops/Credit teams |
| Sales Support | Drive cross-sell/top-up opportunities and maintain lead-to-login ratios |
