Responsibilities:
Reporting: Develop and manage views for different business metrics : dashboards, scorecards. Coordinate with MIS and analytics for data gathering using SQL/excel and ensuring data sanity for day-to-day reporting.
Growth: Developing and executing BAU OPD growth plans – ie conversion improvement charters (across MOTs). Leading the bottom’s up view on OPD growth planning.
BTL: Be the SPOC for consolidating & reviewing partnerships with vendors in various regions and geographies to ensure BTL Activations such as OOH, Camper Vans, Co Branded T Shirts & Packaging Materials, Trade Marketing Collaterals such as stickering, Danglers, etc . Aim is to ensure we build economies of scale and help get things at a subsidized rate which restaurants see value investing in.
Program manage: Program managing the MS win plans and city growth projects. Designing activity systems, tracking mechanisms and ensuring timely call-outs and alignments as needed for the MS win plans.Identifying city level opportunities and executing hyperlocal level MS win projects. Eg of Key projects would be to use MIS bandwidth to check delivery fee parity city wise, city boundaries to ensure all traffic pings are Serviceable, key locations within the city are earmarked to show a differentiating experience for consumers , etc
New City Launches: Owning New city launches from the perspective of Configurations and external marketing / visibility in the city
Analysis: Analyse data & generate key insights on the business, user quality, redemption funnels & other mission critical metrics
Strategic Initiatives: Ideate, problem-solve & implement key process improvement initiatives within the team
Desired Skills:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering/business/related field
2+ yr of experience as Business Associate / In Program Management
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Strong problem solving & ability to work in ambiguous environments with high ownership
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Powerpoint
Understanding of basic statistics and probability concepts
Strong drive to move fast and break barriers
This role would require traveling to various geographic locations to build vendor partnerships
