Position description:

  • Collections-Central Collections Officer 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Data processing and massaging for CCT
  • Handling Settlement approval process .
  • Preparation of daily data requirement
  • Running the Auction process
  • Preparing the Daily MIS’s and dashboard .
  • Preparing Data for communication to deliquent customer Via Email ,SMS & Letter
  • Handling Valuation process
  • Uploading trails related to customer communication .
  • Updating repo kit details in repokit management system .
  • Managing Cost related records .
  • Handling digital vendor related data .
  • Liasioning & follow up with other members in collection unit for reverse feedbacks and details.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Turn around time and accuracy

Educational qualifications preferred

  • Category: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Academic score: Pass
  • Institution tier: Any

Required work experience

  • Industry: Banking/NBFC Preferred
  • Role: MIS, PROCESS related work preferable
  • Years of experience: 0 to 3

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Preparation MIS ,Handling  process related work etc

Required Competencies:

  • Good Communication require

Required Knowledge:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the activities of the Retail Portfolio Management Unit would be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

  • MS excel & access.
