CLAT is a national-level entrance exam that facilitates admissions to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programs offered by 22 National Law Universities in India. The Consortium of National Law Universities oversees the organization of CLAT, which includes representative universities. Additionally, various affiliate universities and organizations utilize the CLAT exam for their admissions and recruitment processes. It’s important to note that all admissions to the 5-year integrated L.L.B. and L.L.M. programs commencing in the Academic Year 2024-2025 will be conducted through CLAT 2024.
