🔹 Role Summary
- Build and manage executive-level client relationships
- Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
- Lead sales pursuits for advisory, implementation, and operate services
- Contribute to growth in technology, GenAI, and digital transformation practices
- Act as a strategic sales leader within Deloitte India
🔹 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Relationship Management
- Build strong executive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain regular engagement cadence
- Track KPIs and relationship health
2️⃣ Sales Operations & GTM
- Support Lead Sales Partner (LSP) and practice leadership
- Maintain and execute strategic sales plans
- Manage end-to-end sales pursuits and proposals
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Articulate business and financial impact of sales efforts
3️⃣ Pipeline & Reporting
- Own joint sales pipeline tracking
- Ensure accurate reporting of wins, pipeline, and forecasts
- Maintain regular pipeline review cadence
4️⃣ Practice & Knowledge Management
- Maintain sales documentation and knowledge repository (MySource)
- Capture and communicate key wins
- Support practice meetings and enablement initiatives
5️⃣ Marketing Coordination
- Work with marketing teams on campaigns and events
- Ensure sales collateral is updated and relevant
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years overall experience in Consulting / System Integrators / SaaS
- 5+ years in sales, alliance management, or client-facing leadership roles
- Strong experience in Indian domestic market
- Expertise in any two sectors:
- BFSI
- Retail & Consumer Goods
- Manufacturing
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel 25–50%
