| Key Responsibilities | • Lead architecture and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions• Design data ingestion, transformation, and harmonization pipelines• Implement identity resolution logic and data model mappings• Integrate Data Cloud with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud• Establish data governance, consent management, and privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)• Enable real-time data activation and segmentation• Define KPIs and customer engagement use cases• Align Data 360 strategy with enterprise data systems• Optimize performance and scalability• Mentor technical teams |
