| Role Objective | Lead functional and automation testing for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and act as QA owner for specific modules |
| Role Summary | Manage testing activities, mentor consultants, and ensure quality delivery for CLM testing workstreams |
| Core Responsibility | Own testing activities for specific CLM modules or workstreams |
| Test Planning Activities | Develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and traceability matrices |
| Testing Types | Functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing |
| Functional Validation Areas | Contract creation workflows, clause management, approval workflows, obligations tracking, renewals, and amendments |
| System Integrations | Validate integrations with ERP, CRM, and eSignature systems |
| Defect Management | Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination |
| Team Collaboration | Work with business analysts, developers, and product owners |
| Automation Responsibilities | Drive test automation initiatives for assigned modules |
