Role OverviewLead and manage client engagements in healthcare commercial due diligence (CDD), advising corporate groups, private equity funds, and financial sponsors on strategic decisions related to acquisitions, divestitures, and investments.
Key Responsibilities– Build and nurture client and team relationships to exceed expectations- Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis- Review business plans and investment strategies- Drive healthcare-specific insights in proposals and engagements- Lead multiple workstreams and a team of 3-4 consultants- Develop non-project collaterals: POVs, research papers, white papers- Support business development: proposals, pitching, credentials- Improve operational efficiency in billing, collections, and project delivery- Client-facing role with interaction with CXOs and investment teams
Educational & Experience Requirements– 7+ years in strategy, CDD, GTM strategy, M&A advisory, or growth strategy engagements- 4+ years healthcare sector experience (hospitals, diagnostics, med-tech, health-tech) in consulting or industry- Experience with private equity clients, Indian and global healthcare companies- Postgraduate degree in management from Tier-1 Indian or global business school- Strong analytical, financial, communication, and problem-solving skills
