Role OverviewDesign, configure, and deliver Salesforce-based solutions for Sales, Service, and Customer Operations while managing client relationships and leading project workstreams.
Key Responsibilities– Own workstreams and ensure delivery as per Deloitte quality standards- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using configuration and customization- Identify and mitigate risks/issues; escalate when needed- Improve business process efficiency using Salesforce capabilities- Apply knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to client solutions- Contribute to firm initiatives, eminence, and knowledge building- Lead client workshops, demos, and solution discussions
Required Experience & Qualifications– Mandatory Salesforce experience (6–7 years)- 3–4 end-to-end SFDC implementations (India or global)- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning, integrations, and implementation methodology- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, Industry Clouds- Heroku and e-commerce knowledge is a plus- Graduate degree (Science/Engineering) from a premier institute- Willingness to travel (short/long term)
