| Role Overview | Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and Core HR implementations, manage end-to-end HR transformation projects, and advise clients on best practices across HR processes and payroll systems. |
| Key Responsibilities | – Map business requirements to Oracle HCM features and configurations- Design, build, and configure Oracle Core HR module- Lead full project lifecycle: workshops, design, configuration, CRPs, testing, UAT, go-live & support- Implement Core HR processes (org structure, jobs, employee lifecycle, journeys, exit mgmt, etc.)- Configure security, approvals, personalization, and customizations- Stay updated with Oracle HCM enhancements and implement improvements- Provide end-user training and support- Work on advanced features like Oracle ME, Grow, Journeys (preferred) |
| Required Experience & Qualifications | – 9+ years experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll (functional) with certification- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations & support- At least 1+ Global Payroll implementation (UK/US/Middle East preferred)- Payroll reconciliation, parallel run strategy, batch loader/SHDL experience- Integration knowledge with Benefits, Time & Labor, Absences- Experience with payroll providers (ADP, CDP etc.)- Additional Oracle HCM knowledge is a plus |
