| Core Responsibility 1 | Oversee global treasury operations including cash management, forecasting, payments, and banking |
| Core Responsibility 2 | Lead treasury transformation initiatives including operating model redesign and process optimization |
| Core Responsibility 3 | Implement and manage Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERP integrations |
| Core Responsibility 4 | Manage multi-country and cross-functional treasury transformation engagements |
| Executive Interaction | Work directly with CFOs, Treasurers, CIOs, and senior leadership |
| Business Development | Lead RFPs, proposals, solutioning, and build client relationships |
| Stakeholder Management | Coordinate with CXOs, banks, fintech partners, technology vendors, and internal teams |
| Financial Management | Manage engagement financials including revenue, billing, WIP, and profitability |
| Team Leadership | Lead and mentor large cross-functional teams across transformation and operations |
| Treasury Expertise Areas | Cash & Liquidity Management, Payment Management, Bank Relationship Management, Financial Risk Management |
