| Role Summary | Support finance transformation initiatives by managing payment processing, vendor payment activities, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with service level agreements. |
| Key Responsibilities | • Create and review payment proposals based on scheduled payment lists and country exception lists • Perform urgent and intercompany payment activities • Process manual payments through banking platforms such as Citi, HSBC, Bank of America, JPMC, and SCB • Handle vendor invoice and credit note queries related to payments and remittances • Manage payment rejections, incoming payments, direct debit processing, and manual payment postings • Prepare monthly SLA and operational metrics reports • Manage escalations to prevent operational disruptions • Record daily incidents and ensure client concerns are addressed • Maintain operational targets and prevent financial losses due to process errors |
