1. Perform all Revenue Assurance activities (Risk based controls )at a defined timelines and ensure 100% compliance.
2. Identify key gaps (Operational and Technological) and highlight to respective team for RCA and correction
3. Ensure documentation of workpapers
4. Creation of SOPs
5. Support in automating the controls through Python/ SQL
6. Support business in validating the transactions of any existing product changes or new product getting implemented into the system
7. Prepare control dashboards and reporting, identifies process deficiencies, and recommends improvements.
8. Responsible for working with cross functional teams to implement the processes and controls to reduce the business losses.
9. Understand various revenue and cost streams, identify key KPI, develop logic to build controls
10. Identify any fraud patterns in the revenue streams.
