Job Summary:
IndusInd Bank is looking for a skilled Credit Analyst to evaluate financial risks and support lending decisions. The role involves analyzing credit reports and financial documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders to make informed credit recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess applicant financial health and repayment capacity.
- Evaluate potential risks associated with lending, including market trends and macroeconomic conditions.
- Make informed recommendations based on risk analysis.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and lending policies.
- Communicate credit decisions and collaborate with internal teams including State Credit Managers.
Educational Qualifications:
- Essential: MBA in Finance
- Preferred: Exposure to credit reports, financial statements, and relevant financial documentation
Work Experience:
- Essential: Minimum 2 years of experience in credit analysis or related roles
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in banking or financial services
