Job Description
As a Relationship Manager – Select, you will be responsible for managing and growing the bank’s customer base by acquiring new clients and servicing the complete banking needs of mapped clients. This includes handling high-value relationships and deepening the bank’s liability base through CASA and FDs, selling investment and insurance products, and ensuring compliance with all banking processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through leads and referrals, especially in the family/grouped accounts segment.
- Grow the liability base (CASA/FD) by deepening premium mapped relationships.
- Cross-sell bank and third-party products including life insurance and wealth solutions.
- Enhance revenue per client by offering appropriate asset, wealth, and investment solutions.
- Service client banking needs efficiently while ensuring high compliance standards.
- Drive campaigns across liability and investment products.
- Increase the overall product holding of mapped customers.
Candidate Profile
- 4–5 years of experience in Branch Banking; minimum 2–3 years in a Relationship Manager role.
- AMFI / IRDA certification preferred.Sales experience in incentive-based roles is desirable.
- Strong understanding of banking products and processes.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of multitasking.
- Crisis and client management capabilities.
