Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Ensure seamless execution of initiatives by proactively addressing risks and challenges.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the initiative analyst, Infosys delivery teams, and external consulting firms to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment towards project objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between multiple stakeholders to drive efficiency and successful outcomes.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor and groom a team of analysts, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work culture.
  • Align team members with organizational goals and encourage professional development.
  • Promote accountability, excellence, and continuous learning within the team.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track project milestones and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure all initiatives meet expected quality standards and deadlines.

Financial Analysis & Budget Management

  • Monitor budgets and financial performance of strategic projects.
  • Evaluate financial impacts and assess the cost-effectiveness of solutions during execution.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, delivery teams, sales teams, and external consultants.
