Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Lead – Corporate Strategy to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans for assigned strategic initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to align with organizational goals.
- Create detailed timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets to achieve project success.
- Ensure seamless execution of initiatives by proactively addressing risks and challenges.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the initiative analyst, Infosys delivery teams, and external consulting firms to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment towards project objectives.
- Act as a bridge between multiple stakeholders to drive efficiency and successful outcomes.
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and groom a team of analysts, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work culture.
- Align team members with organizational goals and encourage professional development.
- Promote accountability, excellence, and continuous learning within the team.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project milestones and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure all initiatives meet expected quality standards and deadlines.
Financial Analysis & Budget Management
- Monitor budgets and financial performance of strategic projects.
- Evaluate financial impacts and assess the cost-effectiveness of solutions during execution.
- Ensure financial accountability while achieving strategic business objectives.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, delivery teams, sales teams, and external consultants.
- Effectively communicate initiative status, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment across all stakeholder groups.
Innovation & Problem-Solving
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
