Job Summary:

As a Salesforce Principal Consultant at Infosys, you will lead high-impact consulting engagements, providing value-driven solutions across various project stages—from problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will review proposals, guide teams, manage risks, drive change management, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting engagements, offering end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
  • Review proposals, provide guidance, and analyze solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Define Salesforce architecture, alternative solution approaches, and development best practices.
  • Drive customer design review boards and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 members, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Identify change management requirements and implement structured approaches.
  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, enhancing service delivery.

Technical & Professional Requirements:

Education:

  • MCA, BE

Experience:

  • Minimum 9+ years in Salesforce development and consulting

Primary Skills:

  • SalesforceSales
  • force Lightning (Aura & LWC)
  • Apex, Integrations

Certifications (Required & Preferred):

  • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 2 (PD2)Sales and Service Cloud Consultant
  • Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus

Implementation Experience in:

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Service Cloud

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning (Aura & LWC)
  • Software Configuration Management (SCM) knowledge
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Strong business acumen and cross-industry thought leadership
  • Experience in two or three industry domainsKnowledge of financial processes and various pricing models
  • Client interfacing, project, and team management skills
