Key Responsibilities• Acquire new retail loan customers• Generate leads through market activities & referrals• Ensure complete documentation & KYC compliance• Coordinate with credit, legal, operations & technical teams• Maintain strong relationships with DSAs & connectors• Track and update loan application status• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets• Provide prompt customer service & query resolution
