| Key Responsibilities | Understand client business needs and provide working capital solutions across fund and non-fund based products such as Cash Credit, Demand Loan, Buyer’s Credit, LC, BG, etc. Work closely with Branch Banking teams for new customer acquisition. Analyze client business models, trade activities, and cash flows to identify growth opportunities. Monitor competition and strengthen Kotak’s brand presence in target segments. Ensure high-quality client service and timely issue resolution. Drive process improvements and coordinate with operating units to develop customized solutions. |
