| Job Requirements | Experience: Minimum 6 years in banking, with 3–4 years in Retail Liabilities. Sales Exposure: Strong background in sales, preferably in liabilities products. |
| Skills | Strong leadership (tactical focus). Balanced approach (Thinker:Doer ratio ~40:60). In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, markets, and economic processes. Ability to coordinate across customer service units to ensure customer delight. Effective liaison with product management, marketing, and vertical teams for new product development, service improvements, and sales initiatives. |
