Job Responsibilities: | Handle customer queries and complaints primarily through emails, letters, and calls for Retail Liabilities. Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) defined for the process. Meet turnaround time (TAT) commitments for query/complaint resolution. Complete process-related logs and daily reporting as per end-of-day requirements. Maintain compliance with Information Security and Quality norms. Stay updated on process changes and ensure timely implementation. Act on feedback from Team Leaders, Coaches, or Quality teams to improve performance. Contribute ideas for improving work procedures to enhance team productivity and efficiency. |

Experience | 1–2 years in customer service (email or call support) |
Skills | Strong experience in handling customer queries, requests, and complaints. Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Ability to handle multiple customer interactions in a dynamic environment. Flexible to work 9-hour shifts with 8 scattered weekly offs per month. Positive, confident, and self-motivated attitude with integrity. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Willingness to learn and adapt, with a customer-first mindset. |
