| Job description | Attend inbound calls of retail asset customers and resolve queries/requests. Identify and convert opportunities for cross-selling banking products. Ensure high-quality communication, customer servicing, and timely resolution of issues. Maintain productivity/service benchmarks and achieve customer delight. Complete daily process logs (End-of-day targets). Adhere to information security and quality process norms. Act on feedback from Team Leader/Coach to improve performance. |
| Qualifications | Graduate (Bachelor’s degree). |
| Experience | 1–2 years of experience preferred (6 months in a customer service role required). |
| Skills | Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and interpersonal abilities. Flexible to work 24/7 (for females: between 7 AM – 8 PM), including Sundays/holidays. Comfortable with 9-hour shifts and scattered 8 week-offs per month. Confident, self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude. Computer proficiency is a must. |
