Job Responsibilities: | As a CEC Officer (Inbound – Retail Assets), you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound queries, providing quick resolutions, and ensuring customer delight. This role also involves identifying opportunities for cross-selling Kotak products while delivering a consistent and superior customer experience. |
Qualification | Graduate (Bachelor’s degree mandatory). |
Experience | 1–2 years of experience preferred, with at least 6 months in customer service. |
Skills | Understanding of the call center/BPO industry is an advantage. Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written). Strong listening skills, confident, self-motivated, and positive attitude. Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts (Females: 7 AM – 8 PM) including weekends/holidays. Ability to manage 9-hour shifts with 8 weekly offs (rotational). Team player with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues. |
