| Qualification | Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. |
| Experience | 3–5 years of experience in data engineering. |
| Skills | Strong SQL, data modeling, and ETL design skills. Hands-on with Airflow, Spark, Python/Java/Scala. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. |
| Preferred Qualifications | Advanced AWS stack: Kinesis, Firehose, Lambda, IAM. Experience in FinTech or Indian banking sector. Expertise in distributed systems and data warehousing. Track record of large-scale, critical data solution delivery. Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills. Leadership experience in executing enterprise-wide data engineering projects. |
