| Job Responsibilities: | We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Operations Team Member to join our CMS Operations unit. The role requires hands-on expertise in payment products, regulatory guidelines, reconciliation, and transaction processing. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, operational accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant operations. This role involves managing end-to-end NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and internal transfer transactions, maintaining pool account reconciliations, and publishing dashboards and MIS reports for senior management. The candidate will also act as a key link between operations, IT, and business support teams to resolve system-related issues and ensure seamless service delivery. |
| Qualification | Bachelor’s degree required. |
| Experience | Prior experience in banking operations, reconciliation, or CMS is preferred. |
| Skills | Strong understanding of payment systems (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS). |
