| Job description | Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth Customers (HNI) for liabilities and commercial assets.Ensure high standards of customer service and adherence to bank policies.Cross-sell existing bank products and inform customers about new products or enhancements.Plan and conduct sales initiatives, campaigns, and events for prospective and existing clients.Collaborate with group companies to provide seamless access to other financial products.Maintain a complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.Track and resolve customer complaints/queries, ensuring quick turnaround and satisfaction. |
| Qualification | Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement) |
| Skills | Proven ability to develop and maintain banking relationships with HNI customers. Strong understanding of commercial assets (CC, OD, Term Loans, Export Finance, etc.). Knowledge of Mutual Funds and Insurance is an added advantage. Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. High energy, self-motivated, and result-driven.
